| | On October 19, 2019 the City Manager sent an email to the Mayor and Commission stating that in light of the Short-Term Rental (STR) ordinance litigation, he plans to put a hold on the disbursement of the collected STR fines that were to be remitted to the Homeless Trust. The Trust was depending on this money entering their coffers shortly after the start of our new fiscal year, so I am asking that we find another funding source to make good on our monetary commitment as soon as possible. |
