| | During the January 16, 2019 Finance and Citywide Projects Committee meeting, the City provided the committee with its rationale for the delay of the Fairway Park improvement project. During those discussions, the City acknowledged that the expansion of the project scope made the project exceed its budget. As a result, the Committee directed the City to begin the project in phases and to appear again before the Commission once current funding ran out. This discussion should focus on progress to-date and any barriers encountered. |
