IN RE:
An application has been filed requesting a Certificate of Appropriateness for the rehabilitation of the existing building at 1021 Collins Avenue, including substantial demolition, partial reconstruction, the construction of rooftop and ground level additions and a new elevated pedestrian bridge above the Ocean Court alley, including variances to reduce the minimum size required for hotel units and to reduce the off-street parking requirements.
