THE RESULTS THEREOF. |

| The attached Resolution formally adopts the Certificate of results of the
City of Miami Beach November 5, 2019 Special Election (Special Election), and declares the election
results for the six ballot questions that were the subject of the Special Election. Passage of this Resolution accepts the election results and effectively concludes the City Commission’s action relative to the Special Election.
