IN RE:
An application has been filed requesting Design Review Approval for the construction of a new multi-story religious facility including one or more waivers, and variances to reduce the required front setback for parking and to reduce the required front and interior side setbacks for a building structure, to replace an existing one-story religious facility. This application is subject to the approval of a conditional use approval pending before the Planning Board.
