PEREZ ESCALONA AND THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, IN THE AMOUNT OF $175,000.00; AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER AND THE CITY ATTORNEY TO TAKE THE NECESSARY AND APPROPRIATE STEPS FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION THEREOF; AND FURTHER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND THE CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE ANY DOCUMENTS AND/OR AGREEMENTS, AS TO EFFECTUATE THE TERMS OF THE SETTLEMENT. |

Perez Escalona. The above referenced Resolution is submitted for consideration by the Mayor and the City Commission at the July 17, 2019 Commission Meeting. |
