HISTORY:
On April 11, 2018 Section 46-152 of the Noise Ordinance was amended to change the allowable hours of operation for power tools and landscaping equipment from 7:00am to 8:00am, prohibiting the use between the hours of 8:00pm and 8:00am. Attached is the amended Ordinance and statistics regarding complaints about leaf blowers since April 2018.
