DISCUSSION REGARDING ESTABLISHING A PILOT PROGRAM FOR DOCKED ELECTRIC ASSISTED BICYCLE SHARING SERVICES. 4. DISCUSS REGARDING THE MAYOR’S 41 STREET BLUE RIBBON COMMITTEE’S MOTION ABOUT IMPROVING THE LIGHTING ON THE 41ST STREET CORRIDOR, SPECIFICALLY TO ALLOCATE THE 41ST STREET QUALITY OF LIFE FUNDS TOWARDS LIGHTING THE TREES ON THE 41 STREET CORRIDOR. 5. DISCUSSION REGARDING FINES LEVIED AGAINST PROPERTIES AND A POLICY DECISION AS TO WHEN THE CITY SHOULD MOVE FORWARD WITH FORECLOSURE PROCEEDINGS. 6. DISCUSSION REGARDING AMENDING CHAPTER 62 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, ENTITLED “HUMAN RELATIONS,” BY AMENDING SECTION 62-206, THEREOF, ENTITLED “REQUIREMENT TO PROVIDE SAFETY BUTTON OR NOTIFICATION DEVICE TO CERTAIN EMPLOYEES, “BY EXTENDING THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 62-206 FROM AUGUST 1, 2019 TO AUGUST 1, 2020; AND PROVIDING FOR REPEALER, SEVERABILITY, CODIFICATION, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
