An application has been filed requesting Design Review Approval for the construction of a new two-story residence, including one or more waivers, mechanical parking, and variances to exceed the maximum lot coverage and unit size allowed, to replace an existing two-story residence. This application is part of a previously approved lot split application from the Planning Board.
