DISCUSSION REGARDING THE ANNEXATION OF NORTH BAY VILLAGE, AND TO REVIEW PROPERTY TAXES, ECONOMIC IMPACT, AND VALUE. 3. DISCUSSION REGARDING THE ANNEXATION OF THE WESTERNMOST ISLANDS OF THE VENETIAN ISLANDS AND MAKING THEM A PART OF MIAMI BEACH, AND TO REVIEW PROPERTY TAXES, ECONOMIC IMPACT, AND VALUE. 4. DISCUSSION ON ACTIVATING VACANT STOREFRONTS INCLUDING THE PURCHASE OF NEW COVERS AND EXPLORING NEW DESIGNS THAT REFLECT NORTH BEACH, MID-BEACH, AND SOUTH BEACH AND IDENTIFYING FUNDS FOR THE PURCHASE. 9.
