IN RE:
An application has been filed requesting Design Review Approval for the construction of a new attached two-story accessory structure to an existing pre-1942 architecturally significant two-story residence, including variances to reduce the required rear, side, street side and sum of the side setbacks for a two-story accessory building, to eliminate the required separation between the main home structure and the accessory building, to reduce the minimum open space required within the rear yard, to exceed the maximum area for the second floor of an accessory building, to exceed the maximum area for an accessory structure in the rear yard and to exceed the unit size of the accessory structure in relation to the main house.
