IN RE:
An application has been filed requesting Design Review Approval for the construction of a new two-story single-family residence including one or more waivers and variances to reduce both required side and sum of the side setbacks and to exceed the maximum elevation for allowable encroachments in required yards on a vacant property previously containing an existing pre-1942 architecturally significant two-story residence.
