| | Several property owners and condo associations have raised concerns about unknown individuals illegally dumping waste onto their properties. Owners and property managers then face a predicament; either pay a waste hauler to pick up someone else's garbage or risk being issued a code violation with an associated fine. I would like us to discuss how we can address this public policy dilemma. |
