ANALYSIS

Please place a referral to the May 31, 2019 Finance and Citywide Projects Committee (FCWPC) meeting on the May 8, 2019 City Commission Agenda to discuss a composting program in North Beach similar to the program at the Miami Beach Botanical Garden.
