| Please place on the December 13, 2023 agenda a referral to the Public Safety and Neighborhood Quality of Life Committee to discuss potentially extending beach hours for monthly North Beach Full Moon Drum Circle. Currently, the monthly full moon drum circle held in North Beach must end at 10 PM when the beach closes pursuant to regular beach hours. I would like to discuss the viability of extending the beach hours on the evening of the full moon drum circle event each month until 11 PM or 12 AM in order to allow the group a longer period for their popular event. |
