The applicant, Monad Terrace Property Owner LLC, is requesting modifications to a previously issued Design Review Approval for the construction of a new fifteen story residential condominium building to replace all existing structures on site. Specifically, design modifications to the site plan including the addition of a new porte-cochère located at the front of the building and modifications to increase the overall height of the building located in the rear of the property facing Biscayne Bay.
