A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, DELEGATING TO THE CITY MANAGER THE AUTHORITY TO ACCEPT DONATIONS FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CITY IN THE AMOUNT OF $7,500.00 OR LESS, INCLUDING IN-KIND DONATIONS VALUED IN THE AMOUNT OF $7,500.00 OR LESS, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW; FURTHER, REQUIRING THAT THE CITY MANAGER RELEASE A MONTHLY REPORT VIA LETTER TO COMMISSION DOCUMENTING THE NAME OF EACH DONOR, THE AMOUNT OF EACH DONATION, THE DATE EACH DONATION WAS MADE, AND THE PUBLIC PURPOSE THAT WOULD BE SERVED BY ACCEPTING EACH DONATION.
