TRACY SLAVENS AND MS. ILANA STRICKON, TO DEVELOP A SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE, REQUIRING $3,650,000 PAYMENT TO THE CITY, TO FUND CAPITAL PROJECTS FOR THE MIAMI NEW DRAMA CULTURAL FACILITY AT COLLINS PARK GARAGE AND BYRON CARLYLE THEATER, WITH THE CITY RETAINING A 2,490 SQUARE FOOT EASEMENT FOR INFRASTRUCTURE/UTILITIES, INCLUDING WATERWAY ACCESS. |
