| | The Miami-Dade County Commission passed a law recently requiring building owners to provide short-term emergency housing for residents forced to evacuate over structural issues tied to neglected maintenance. The City currently has a similar ordinance on the books. At this time I ask the City Administration to provide the Committee with the feasibility of ensuring our ordinance matches that of the County. |
