| Approve the recommendation from the Public Safety and Neighborhood Quality of Life Committee meeting on March 29, 2022 placing a capital project request in the City’s 5-year plan for the creation of a water feature in the dog park area within North Beach Oceanside Park. |

| During the February 9, 2022 City Commission meeting, Commission referred a discussion regarding the possibility of a dog water park and activation area on the West Lots site to the Public Safety and Neighborhood Quality of Life Committee (Exhibit A). |

| | | | | | | | ANALYSIS
| At the March 29, 2022 Public Safety and Neighborhood Quality of Life Committee meeting, the possibility of placing a dog water park and activation area on the west lots site was discussed. It was decided that it would be a preferable option to incorporate water features within the existing North Beach Oceanside Park fenced-in dog areas. The Parks and Recreation Department will be placing a capital project request to be placed in the 5-year plan. |
