The 5th Street Mall Complex has been a continued concern for nearby residents as basic quality of life characteristics (e.g., cleanliness, homelessness, and security) continue to occur despite various meetings between the property management firm, City Administration, and my office. In recent months, there has also been an increased occurrence of vehicular disturbances on the property's rooftop – specifically on October 14, 18, and November 11, occurring around the hours of 8 pm and 9 pm.

This item aims for the Committee to receive a report on current communications and agreed-upon plans to resolve the issues mentioned above.
