SUBJECT:	DISCUSSION ON FUTURE STEPS TO MOVE THE BYRON CARLYLE SITE FORWARD.

BACKGROUND/HISTORY

During the past several months there has been much discussion about the future of the Byron Carlyle site. I’ve been working on a new vision for presentation to the Commission and community for consideration and comments.

I anticipate bringing a more complete discussion at the City Commission's January meeting.
