| | I am asking for the Land Use and Sustainability Committee & Planning Board to discuss amending the North Beach Town Center District to allow for existing self-storage uses to redevelop as mixed-use projects while still maintaining self-storage as an allowable use. Additionally, I ask that any such redevelopment exclude short-term rentals as a use. |
