| Discuss the Ad Hoc North Beach Community Redevelopment Agency’s (“North Beach CRA”) Advisory motion to encourage the City to undertake necessary steps to maintain the Byron Carlyle Theater, address the deteriorating conditions outside the property, and address the encampments of individuals experiencing homelessness. In addition, this discussion should consider the $400,000 allocation for a conceptual design for the Byron Carlyle. |
