| | Please place on the September 17th Commission agenda a referral to the Neighborhood and Quality of Life Committee and the Affordable Housing Advisory Committee of a discussion on available Miami-Dade County Funds to build affordable housing. Commissioner Eileen Higgins recently mentioned that the County has approximately $50 million in funding available for use for affordable housing projects. I would like city administration to look into and report back on how this funding can be utilized in Miami Beach. Please see staff emails and county memorandums on this issue.
