SUBJECT:	REFERRAL TO THE NEIGHBORHOOD AND QUALITY OF LIFE COMMITTEE TO DISCUSS THE STRATEGIC MARKETING PLAN FOR 2021 AND THE NEW NORMAL.

ANALYSIS

2021 introduces a new business environment. This item aims to discuss how the City will 1) prosper in the new norm and 2) maintain a competitive advantage over adjacent competing municipalities. This discussion invites other stakeholders and marketing organizations to take part.
