SUBJECT:	DISCUSSION OF THE PROCESS FOR ADDING AN ITEM TO THE COMMISSION AGENDA ONCE THE INITIAL PRINT DAY HAS PASSED; DISCUSSION OF THE JUNE 12, 2020 LATE ADDITION TO THE COMMISSION AGENDA TO APPROVE A RECOMMENDATION FROM THE LGBTQ ADVISORY COMMITTEE FOR THE CITY TO BECOME A SIGNATORY TO A CERTAIN LETTER; AND; DISCUSSION OF THE LATE FILING OF THIS PARTICULAR ITEM, INCLUDING THE RECOMMENDATION AND VOTE FROM THE LGBTQ ADVISORY COMMITTEE.

ANALYSIS

I would like to discuss the following matters:

1. Discussion of the process for adding an Item to the Agenda once the initial print day has passed.

2. Discussion of the June 12, 2020 late addition to the Commission Agenda to approve a recommendation from the LGBTQ Advisory Committee for the City to become a signatory to a certain letter.

3. Discussion of the late filing of this particular item, including the recommendation and vote from the LGBTQ Advisory Committee.
