Please place on the September 14, 2016 Consent Agenda, the following item:

Referral to Finance Committee to discuss future uses or the potential sale of vacant city-owned land located at 226 87 Terrace.

The interested partner/buyer is 8701 Collins Development, LLC (David Martin) who owns the adjacent property at 7925 Collins Avenue.
